I prefer to call what I do "mental skills training." I work with athletes to design practical, scalable mental processes that hold up in the biggest moments under the brightest lights. From beginners to professionals and Olympians, I help athletes build the internal systems that make focus, confidence, resilience, and mental toughness reliable.
Using principles from sport and performance psychology, I take an educational, skill-based approach that turns mindset from something you hope shows up into something you can count on during every rep in practice and performance.
