But performance doesn’t break down because your child isn't doing enough.

It breaks down because of how their mind and nervous system respond under pressure.


If that’s not addressed, no amount of instruction will stick consistently.

What I Do

I help athletes and parents build elite mental mechanisms for athletes at any age and skill level, so performance shows up consistently when it matters most.


I work with:

This includes working with professional athletes, Olympians, MVPs, and Hall of Famers, as well as families who want to get the most out of their child’s experience.

I hold a doctoral degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and am also licensed as a clinical counselor. That allows me to help athletes perform while also addressing the deeper patterns that impact consistency.
